From galleries to museums to street corners and the side of buildings, Fort Worth is a living art exhibit just waiting to be explored.
On Saturday, Sept. 11, art lovers are invited to visit Tarrant County College Trinity River and more than 30 galleries, museums and non-profit exhibition spaces participating in the 2021 Fall Gallery Night being presented by Fort Worth Art Dealers Association (FWADA).
The East Fork Art Gallery at TCC Trinity River will present South of Paradise, North of Hell, an exhibition of works by Ramon G. Deanda, from 6 to 9 p.m. This unique exhibit will showcase paintings, linocut prints and interactive musical ceramic sculptures that create a truly unique exhibition experience.
“As the first exhibit in the East Fork Gallery since we returned to face-to-face instruction, Ramon’s work provides an excellent introduction to the innovative arts and teaching at TCCD, Trinity River.”
A second artist being featured during Gallery Night has ties to TCC. Alumna Elena Greer will present online and in-person live-streamed demonstrations in SiNaCa’s glassblowing studio, from 6 to 9 p.m. As TCC Trinity River’s artist-in-residence for the fall semester, Greer also will have her works on display in the East Fork Art Gallery from September 11-17.
