The Santa Maria, (Spanish for the Holy Mary of the Immaculate Conception) was the flagship and largest of the three used by Christopher Columbus during his first voyage in 1492.

The Hannah was the first armed vessel to sail as a part of a small fleet fitted by George Washington. She saw duty in the siege of Boston in 1775 against the British Navy.
