Grandfather’s legacy fuels TCC alumna

A teen’s grief became her greatest motivation. After losing her grandfather, TCC alumna Yazid Martinez channeled heartbreak into purpose, crossing the graduation stage and earning a college degree. Yazid’s story is a reminder that the people we lose can still push us forward.
