Campus Participates in City of Mansfield’s ArtScapes Event

The Southeast Campus  participated in the first annual ArtScapes Event hosted by the City of Mansfield’s Arts Committee at the Walnut Creek Country Club. The purpose of the event was to highlight the various,  theatrical, art, dance, and entertainment  groups and  venues available to its citizens.  The Southeast Campus table was themed “All My Sons” to  help promote the Theatre Department’s first production of the  academic year. Paul Fiorella,  Assistant Professor of Drama and Michael Cinatl, Assistant to the President created the table decorations.

Authentic World War II airplane parts were given to them by the Aviation Program on Northwest Campus along with  two model airplanes for the era. Many of the other items  decorating the table were photos of  fighter pilots who served in World War II, as well as, personal photos and memorabilia from Paul’s collection.
