TCC and GCISD to Open New Early College High School

WHAT:
As part of their commitment to foster a college-going culture, Tarrant County College Northeast Campus and Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District are joining together to officially open TCC’s new Tarrant County College Northeast/Grapevine-Colleyville ISD Collegiate Academy.
 
TCC and GCISD officials are expected to be joined by elected officials and community leaders
when they officially open the Academy with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Early College
High School (ECHS) includes a principal, counselor, six teachers and an administrative assistant.
 
Classes began Monday, Aug. 25, with 113 students in renovated portions of the
Multi-Purpose Classroom Building (NMPC) on Northeast Campus.
