TCC students will host a free health fair focusing on the importance of physical activity, nutrition and disease prevention.

MORE INFORMATION:
Students enrolled in wellness, culinary arts and dietetic programs will demonstrate how to cook quick, healthy meals, and they’ll give out free samples of the results. Attendees are also invited to join in on physical activity demonstrations, learn about proper nutrition, and pick up some tips on disease prevention. The fair is open to the public, and no reservations are necessary.
