HR Provides Benefits and Resource Details

TCC employees will be able to make changes in their benefits this summer during the Employee Retirement System annual enrollment period.

The annual enrollment period is July 5 to July 30 for the benefits Plan Year 2011 which runs Sept. 1 to Aug. 31, 2011.  All changes will be made online at Employees who choose not to make changes do not have to take any action and their current benefits would continue until Aug. 31, 2011.

Summer enrollment meetings will be held on each campus. The schedule will be announced next month.Anyone who has new contact information since the last enrollment period should provide their new address, phone number or email address by May 28 at 5 p.m.  Submitting updates helps to ensure that benefits information is received this summer.

New information can be made in ERS OnLine from the ERS homepage. Click the “View My Benefits-User Login” button in the top right. You may need to register your account in ERS OnLine. To make your changes, click “My Personal Information.”

Specific benefit news is available via the ERS digital subscription service. The service allows subscribers to select only the topic of interest to them.  To sign up, click the green envelope next to Sign up for ERS Email Updates.  An invitation email will be sent once a person signs up.  Confirmation must be made within 48 hours to avoid repeating the subscription process. An email will be sent whenever something is posted about the topics selected.
