TCC October Seminars, Exhibit and Performances

TCC faculty, staff and students may participate in a variety of activities during October, including the Northwest Dance Club Annual Dance-A-Thon Oct. 28, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Supporting the Tarrant County Assessment Center, the event will be in the Northwest Dance Studio, WHPE 1103.

Administrators and support staff who are involved in hiring are invited to a TCC Hiring Practices and Employee Actions Workflow Seminar Oct. 20, 1 to 5 p.m. on Southeast Campus in ESEE 1334.The seminar covers recruiting, screening, interviewing, the documentation process and step-by-step procedures for submitting hiring actions in Colleague. Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources Ricardo Coronado and Manager of Employee Training and Development Joe Jernigan are the instructors. On Oct. 28, Northwest Continuing Education Economic Development Special Projects Instructor Teresa Dickenson will present PowerPoint Presentation II Mini Workshop, 10 a.m. to noon, in the Administration Building, WADM 2419. Lunch will be provided for the seminar sponsored by the Support Staff Professional Development Committee. RSVPs are required.
