The TCC Foundation officially added two new members to its Board of Directors last Thursday, Sept. 24, during its monthly meeting. Joining the Foundation’s mission to “provide philanthropic support to students” are community and business leaders Mary Ann Giordano and Sean Bryan.
Giordano is a Certified Public Account with nearly 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She has been with Cawley, Gillespie & Associates, a petroleum consulting firm in Fort Worth, since 1988. Giordano is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she earned a B.B.A. in accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bryan is a partner at Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, a law firm specializing in entity formation and tax law, where he also serves as the chairman of the Retirement Plan Committee. He holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Abilene Christian and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. Bryan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar Foundation, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Foundation.
