Anyone looking for a narrower waistline is invited to Northwest Campus’ “Wellness Buffet: Feasting on Energy, Health and Life” Friday, Sept. 18, from 1 to 4 p.m.
Sponsored by the Support Staff Professional Development, sessions will be held simultaneously from 1 to 1:50 p.m., 2 to 2:50 p.m. and 3-3:50 p.m. in the Health and Physical Education Building. Yoga/Movement, Breath and Relaxation by Toni Pennell and Kathy Saburn will be in WHPE 1103. Joshua Tarbay will conduct weight training in WHPE 1105 and Tai Chi will be led by Justin Harris in WHPE 1002. Lisset Caramantin will conduct one session of Zumba from 4 to 4:40 p.m. in WHPE 1103.

The seminar is the first of several events scheduled this fall by NW’s Support Staff. The second session, “PowerPoint Presentation I” by Teresa Dickenson will be Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. to noon in WADM 2419. Lunch will be provided.
