Take notice that the Monthly Meeting of the Tarrant County College Board of Trustees will be held at the TCC Trinity River Campus, 300 Trinity Campus Circle, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102, commencing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026, to consider the agenda described below:

Authorize the Discontinuation, Deactivation, and Managed Closure of Ten (10) Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs: Architectural Technology (AAS), Architectural Technology (OSA), Architectural CAD Operator (Level 1), Architectural Paraprofessional (Level 1), Educational Sign Language Interpreting (ESC), Flight Instructor (ESC), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Programmer (Level 1), Horticulture Business Management (Level 2), Marketing (OSA), and IT: Computer Support Specialist (Customer Service/Call Center/Teleservice Operations) [Level 1]
    4. Authorize the Execution of a Purchase with Coastal Welding Supply for Welding Equipment in an Amount Up To $454,725
    5. Adopt additions, revisions, and deletions to (LOCAL) policies as recommended by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) in the TASB Localized Policy Manual Update 50 and the additional College revisions as reflected on the attached redline and clean versions of the policies included in the Board Memo
    6. Ratification of FY2026 Legal Expenditures Exceeding Board Approval Threshold and Authorization of Additional Litigation Expenses with Cantey Hanger LLP Through August 31, 2026 (Not to Exceed $750,000)
    7. Declare that Anthology, Inc. Failed to Comply With the Disclosure Requirements of Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176 and, Pursuant to § 176.013(e), the Master Agreement Dated June 1, 2022, Together With All Associated Statements of Work, Amendments, Order Forms, and Ancillary Agreements (collectively, the “Agreement”), Is Void
    8. Authorize the Execution of a One-Year Contract for Software Licensing and Technical Support with Oracle America, Inc. in an Amount Up To $855,795.25
    9. Authorize the Execution of a Purchase from Dell Marketing L.P. in an Amount Up To $921,068.50, Which Includes a 10% Contingency

  9. Closed Session
    The Board will conduct a closed meeting in order to discuss matters permitted by the following sections of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. The Board may reconvene in open session and act on any item listed on the Executive Session Agenda in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

    1. Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney
      To seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, or any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act.

      1. Legal issues regarding any item listed on today’s meeting agenda.
    2. Section 551.072, Deliberations Regarding Real Property
      Deliberate the purchase, sale, exchange, lease or value of real property where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the District in negotiations with a third party.
    3. Section 551.074, Deliberations on Personnel Matters
      Deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
    4. Section 551.076, Deliberations on Security Devices or Security Audits
      Deliberate regarding the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices.
