TCC to Hold Career Fair for Students, Community Members Interested in Criminal Justice

FORT WORTH, Texas — Dozens of job opportunities will be up for grabs at the next Tarrant County College Criminal Justice Career Fair.

TCC will host approximately 40 federal, state, county and local law enforcement agencies looking to connect with potential employees and interns. The free event, open to the public, runs from 10 a.m. to 2  p.m. Nov. 6 at TCC Trinity River, 300 Trinity Campus Circle.

Participants will find recruiters on TCC Trinity River’s Main Street (third floor).

Criminal justice Professor Steve Romero said the semiannual event provides a chance to engage with industry professionals, find open positions and gain valuable insights into the qualifications and skills needed for a law enforcement career.

“This career fair is an excellent opportunity for students and community members interested in criminal justice careers to learn more about the opportunities available and take the next step toward their future,” he said. “Our students and graduates are heavily recruited by Texas law enforcement agencies because they are prepared to succeed.”

Attendees are encouraged to dress for success and bring multiple copies of their résumé. Employers expected to attend include:
