TCC ranked best in the nation by TradeCollege.org

Tarrant County College’s continued commitment to excellence has resulted in its No. 1 ranking among U.S. community colleges and trade schools that offer degrees in the trades, according to the 2021 Trade College Search ranking analysis produced by TradeCollege.org. The website is a free resource for students seeking a career in the trade professions.

Based on TradeCollege.org’s methodology, the ranking of the best associate degrees considers quality metrics such as time to graduate, average salary and debt level of graduates. All data included in the ranking come from official sources within the U.S. Department of Education, including the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), College Scorecard and National Loan Data System (NSLDS.

TCC earned 24 different awards in this year’s ranking, including the following:

  • #1 in Best Architectural Engineering Technology Associate’s Degree Trade Schools in the Southwest Region
  • #1 in Best Construction Engineering Technology Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in Texas
  • #1 in Best Electronics Engineering Technology Undergraduate Certificate Trade Schools in the Southwest Region
  • #2 in Best Mechanic & Repair Technologies Trade Schools in Texas
