Project Highlights
- The TCC Northwest redevelopment project has officially broken ground.
- 76% of Phase I contracts were awarded; 30% of which were awarded to MWBE firms.
- Throughout the project, outreach efforts will continue to ensure contractor and supplier diversity by letting firms know of project updates, pre-bid meetings, upcoming scopes, and bid schedules.
Upcoming Phase II and III Bids
The Phase II pre-bid process opens Tuesday, October 27 at 11:30 a.m.
