British and European Car Show at TCC South to Benefit Student Scholarships

Tarrant County College South and the Red River Triumph Club will partner to host the inaugural Red River European Car Show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Oct. 7 at 5301 Campus Drive. Admission is free.

The event will feature European cars and motorcycles of all descriptions: Aston Martin Austin-Healey, Bentley, Jaguar, Lotus, MG, Porsche, Triumph, Volvo, plus other lesser-known brands. Awards will be given for top cars in each group, with classes for various nations and auto makers. Anyone may enter a car, truck or motorcycle into the contest for $20 ($25 after Sept. 22).

Proceeds will support scholarships for students enrolled in the TCC Automotive Collision Repair Program at TCC South. Eligible students must be pursuing an Associate or Applied Science degree of Certificate of Completion.
