TCC Hosts National Medical Colleges Career Fair & Reading Initiative

FORT WORTH, Texas (March 19, 2015)
WHAT:
Through the Association of American Medical Colleges Career Fair and the Henrietta Lacks Common Reading Initiative, Tarrant County College South Campus will open its doors for potential medical college students to learn about medical school admissions procedures.
 
A panel of health and biomedical science professionals will discuss career options available in the ever-growing medical industry. Panelists include representatives from Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus East Health Care Professions, the University of North Texas Health Science Center Biomedical Sciences, The University of Texas Southwestern, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
 
Participants also will have the opportunity to visit with admission officials from the Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry, the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and The University of Texas Health School of Dentistry in Houston.
