As anyone who has broken a New Year’s resolution on Jan. 2 can attest, it is much easier to set goals than it is to reach them. One reason our resolve so quickly disappears is that we do not take time to clearly understand how to reach our goals.
Which is why we recently asked you – the faculty, staff and students of TCC – a series of questions designed to help us to attain the goals of Vision 2015 and Achieving the Dream. We conducted 100 interviews, received 1,000 online survey responses and conducted full-day visits to all five campuses for open discussions with students, faculty and staff.
