The Tarrant County College Board of Trustees Thursday named Bedford businessman Conrad Heede to fill the District 2 seat vacated by Joe Hudson in September. The term ends in 2015. District 2 includes Richland Hills, parts of Hurst and Euless, and Bedford, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake and Westlake.
Heede’s business experience includes serving as managing partner of Mathews Family Farm, president and co-owner of Willow Creek Storage & Investments, and managing partner of Heede & Heede Partnerships. He has been involved for more than 40 years in community organizations including the Rotary Club, chambers of commerce, city boards and commissions, and the Boy Scouts of America. Heede has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Northeastern University in Boston.
