Here’s a no-brainer investment opportunity for recent high school grads: pay $50 for a five-week college prep program and earn $200 if you complete it! Not only do you quadruple your money, you get prepared for college!
South Campus is offering recent high school grads the chance to earn up to $775 for successfully completing an intensive five-week college prep program. Running from June 6 to July 7, the Accelerated Summer Bridge Program will offer students the option of registering for morning sessions, afternoon sessions, or both. The cost for the program is only $50 per session, including all textbooks. Students who successfully complete either the morning or afternoon programs receive $200. Those who successfully complete the full day program, which also includes a service learning project, will receive $775.
To qualify, a student must be a recent high school graduate, be a first-time-in-college student who has not met the TSI requirement in reading or math, and must want to be prepared for college. Orientation is 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. on May 31 in SSTU Living Room on South Campus.
