An exhibit of artwork created by tiny hands with watercolors, crayons and chalks is on display through Friday, May 13, at the Southeast Campus Library.
The artists are students at SE’s neighboring Ashworth Elementary School in the Arlington Independent School District. Sculptures are also among the works created by students from kindergarten to fifth grade.
The exhibit is the latest in a series of joint ventures with AISD, including dual credit classes and the Reading Festival, said Library Director Mark Dolive. The exhibit is open during library hours Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Closed Sunday.
