Feeling the pressure as the spring semester draws to a close? Check out end of semester relief for students, staff and faculty at the Northeast Campus’ Stress Buster Wednesday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Academic advisors and counselors will be on hand with tips and information to help you keep it together. Look for them under the trees outside of the Academic Classroom Building. If the weather’s inclement, don’t stress, everything will move inside to the foyer of the Technology and Arts Building. There you will learn about stress, discover ways to relax (try some breathing exercises) learn how to deal with test anxiety (how about studying a little each day rather than one day of scramming?) and be encouraged to find time to pamper yourself. Take the time to get the tips you need, so you’re be ready when dead week and finals hit.
