Want to learn or hone your skiing/boarding skills while earning college credit?
Well, the Northwest Health and Physical Education has just the thing for you. A four-day trip to Angel Fire, New Mexico, can earn you one hour of credit, if you are one of the first 24 people to sign up by Friday, Jan. 15.
The trip is during spring break, March 14-17. The cost to snow ski is $577.55 and $587.55 for snowboarding. Payment covers roundtrip bus fare, three nights’ accommodations at Angel Fire Resort Lodge, Ski In and Ski Out (including tax), two-day lift tickets and two-day ski or snowboard rental.
Additional expenses to plan for are the $50 NW class registration fee, meals and personal spending. The class also can be taken for no credit by contacting Kathy Saburn at 817-515-7199.
