Continuing Education Services’ Small Business Development Center will host a timely seminar Nov. 5 titled “Beating the Small Business Credit Crunch: What Lenders Are Saying Now.” And nothing helps beat a financial crunch like offering a seminar at no cost. That’s the tab for the event during which participants will learn how the loan process works, how loans are evaluated (from bankers) and options for SBA loans. So if you have a small business or know someone who is struggling and needs a loan, check it out. The program is from 9 a.m. to noon in the Energy Conference Room on the Trinity River Campus.
