It has been one year and seven months since TCC Buzz, our official District blog, was launched, replacing our online employee newsletter as a way to communicate what’s happening with your colleagues as well as events on TCC’s five campuses and various locations throughout Tarrant County.
In that time we have told you about enrollment increases, grants for new programs, student accomplishments, TCC in the news and the District’s venture into social media. We’ve also spread the news about leadership classes, faculty and student scholarship awards, open houses and unusual opportunities.
Many of the posts were the result of your notification through the News Alert Form, so encourage you to keep it coming.
We are about to take steps to make this a place that you frequent more often and where you will want to increase your level of participation. But before we do, we want to learn more about you as one of the early members of our Buzz family.
