Tarrant County College will present “Converge Reimagined,” a dance concert featuring local high school dance companies, local dance studios and TCC dance faculty, on Saturday, Oct. 16, in the C.A. Roberson Theatre at TCC Southeast. Show times are 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The dance concert will feature performances by AHHS Repertory Dance Company, Fuego Azul Ballet Folklorico, Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy Dance, Terrell Dance Ensemble, The Contemporary Company (Arlington ISD), The Movement Academy, TCC dance faculty members and special guest company Muscle Memory Dance Theatre.
General admission is $5. TCC students, faculty and staff are free. Tickets may be purchased at https://tccse-dance.ticketleap.com/converge-reimagined/. Proceeds will benefit the Tarrant Food Bank.
Currently, four TCC campuses have a touring dance company that requires auditions:
- TCC Northeast: Movers Unlimited
- TCC Northwest: The Mosaic Dance Project
- TCC South: Continuum Dance Company
- TCC Southeast: Fusion Dance Company
