Take notice that the Tarrant County Elections Administrator found 9 voting locations where the number of voters checked in to vote is greater than the number of ballots reported by the scanner.
While in some cases this could be attributed to fleeing voters, a District Judge granted the Tarrant County Elections Administrator’s request to open these 9 ballot boxes to ensure that there are no ballots that were not scanned and that were erroneously placed in the voted ballot box.
The Elections Administrator will open those 9 boxes on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 3 p.m.
