A vice chancellor for student success position has been established at TCC, and Joy Gates Black, an administrator with a long record of innovation in student services, has been named to that post. Mark McClendon, who has overseen the financing of energy and technology projects throughout the world, with a special emphasis on Latin America, also joins the leadership team as vice chancellor for finance. Two veteran TCC administrators also have new roles. Bill Lace is the new vice chancellor for administration and David Wells is vice chancellor for academic affairs. Annette McCurdy also joins TCC as internal auditor, another new position that will report directly to the Board of Trustees
